Starting Over...Kinda

Here is the abridged version of the company's history.

I started in 2015, I started Tara Specializes with a vision to help small business owners from the start. I created logos, business cards, banners, resumes, labels and showed businesses how to keep the budget below their means. I began freelancing my skills to some folks I knew and kept hitting a wall. Many wanted the idea to come to life, none had the budget or knew where to start and how to maintain from the business being profitable to the lean times. I had the ideas then, the resources were far and few between for me to say I was profitable for the first few years.

I went to school in 2016 to get a degree in accounting. When enrolling, I saw a program that is considered if not the hardest, one of the hardest accounting degrees you can get, Forensic Accounting. I graduated in 2019 and began working in finances, focusing on taxes. My first love began to show in my work, even through taxes. In 2019, I rebranded the company under Tara K. Specializes, LLC. focusing specifically on business finance and tax documentation. How to Monetize Your Niche in 90 Days was written and published in 2020as an e-book and has sold across the country. My second book, Simple Credit Repair was published the next year and has proven results of credit scores raising +60 points. You can check both out in the Workbooks section.

In 2022, I decided to focus on what I always wanted to do, being a creative. I have began to highlight the companies and businesses who I am working with to bring their vision into reality. I design websites, I help businesses file their documents to be in compliance with their state and federal regulations, I also chose not to forgo my financial background and chose offer bookkeeping services.

These are the building blocks to get a business started. From the reach to compliance to financial record keeping. We have become Tara K. Specializes | Creative Company.

Here is a quick flashback to one of my first website layouts in 2016.
